New to Board & Train? Start Here
Every dog is different. Before requesting a board-and-train reservation, all new clients must complete a consultation so we can discuss their dog’s behavior, training goals, and care needs, and recommend the appropriate program.
For behavior modification, including aggression, fear, or reactivity, a consultation is required to assess whether our program is a suitable fit. We’ll let you know if an in-person assessment is needed before approval.
Looking for Boarding?
Request your preferred boarding dates through our online booking portal. You can select available drop-off and pickup times between 8 and 11 a.m. All requests are reviewed and require our approval.
Already Completed Your Consultation?
If we’ve discussed your dog’s needs and recommended a board-and-train program, you can now request your preferred start date. Submitting a request does not automatically confirm your reservation.
What Happens Next?
Once we approve and confirm your reservation, you’ll receive instructions to pay in full, sign your agreement, and complete your dog’s care information. Full payment is due the same day it is requested. Current rabies, Bordetella, and distemper vaccination records must be uploaded at least 24 hours before check-in.
Board-and-train pickup times selected online are tentative. We’ll arrange your actual pickup and included one-hour go-home lesson with you directly.
